With over 30 years of experience in running some of London’s finest and most respected neighbourhood restaurants Rebecca brings her immense experience and passion to Elystan Street. As a pro restaurant goer she has not only amassed a hard-earned diner’s opinion but a perspective to help ensure that her own businesses never rest on their laurels.
Toby comes charged with all the passion and enthusiasm that one would expect from a 25 year old chef joining Elystan Street fresh from 4 years at the stoves of The Square. Harness this with his immense natural cooking ability and Phil has in Toby his perfect right-hand man. He leads a team of 15 in the kitchen with his natural charismatic style.
Sarah joined Elystan Street from The Square, bringing with her all the skills necessary to run Elystan Street smoothly and efficiently. She places a huge emphasis on a warm welcome and informed yet informal service. “I want to ensure our guests leave having had a wonderful time”, she says.

Charlotte comes to Elystan Street from my favourite London restaurant – The River Café. With an Intuitive understanding of how to look after guests and an appetite to partner Yann in the wine team she will play a significant role in the dining room.
