Toby comes charged with all the passion and enthusiasm that one would expect from a 25 year old chef joining Elystan Street fresh from 4 years at the stoves of The Square. Harness this with his immense natural cooking ability and Phil has in Toby his perfect right-hand man. He leads a team of 15 in the kitchen with his natural charismatic style.

Having spent the last five years managing the lists of the Bleeding Heart Group, Yann has huge experience in the market that Elystan Street aspires to be in – one offering an accessible list of wines that are of exceptional quality. Whilst crowd pleasing classics dominate others are well represented too – so that those looking for something different will not be left without!

Having managed the reservation systems at both The Square and The Ledbury Caroline brings a wealth of experience in looking after the needs and preferences of much-valued regular guests. Caroline is also charged with managing the private dining room at Elsytan Street and also helping to oversee the smooth running of the dining room.

Charlotte comes to Elystan Street from my favourite London restaurant – The River Café. With an Intuitive understanding of how to look after guests and an appetite to partner Yann in the wine team she will play a significant role in the dining room.
