Aaron honed his skills under the watchful eye of Adam Byatt (one of Phil’s early protégées), He is a great craftsman who brings a wealth of classical experience and a fresh, creative and youthful approach to cooking and to running a  kitchen. In Aaron we have a chef of rare ability and one who leads, inspires and motivates the kitchen in exactly the way we would like it to be done – with great care taken over the food and the ethics of its production.

Sarah joined Elystan Street from The Square, bringing with her all the skills necessary to run Elystan Street smoothly and efficiently. She has been key to achieving a rare balance with her front of house team – slick, informed and professional service delivered with genuine friendliness and warmth. Her youthful energy is felt throughout the team. “I want to ensure our guests leave having had a wonderful time”, she says.

Cameron brings a whole lot more than just a very fine beard to our front of house team. His career has taken him to a wonderful and eclectic group of ambitious restaurants across the world. He’s the perfect modern day sommelier – bundles of hard earned knowledge, a deep appreciation of the classics and an appetite to unearth refreshing, interesting, modern and characterful wines. No pomp and ceremony here – just a beaming smile and desire to please.
